First Lexi Stefan's best friend was not killed by Damon in episode 162 Candles. Instead earlier the girl Damon had attacked and compelled pointed out another vampire by mistake.
Second John Gilbert only killed Harper when Anna was gone. Pearl was in town and later found Harper staked too death on the ground.
Third Anna warned Damon about vampires attacked a day before Founder Day's. On Founder's Day Ana went with Jeremy but they arrived after John Gilbert had set off the device so she was not killed.
Fourth Katerine she was imprisoned in the tomb where Damon said she should have been for all along time. Later was released so she could help protect Elena if she keeps her end of the deal only time will tell.
