Warm yourself by the fire, son,

Generations have passed since the clans we have come to know and love moved from one forest to the next. If you can recall, the clans were forced from their old home because of activity from twolegs. The clans faced a difficult decision. Four became one, and they started and finished a long and harsh journey together. Abandoning their home was difficult, and the journey ahead was even worst. On this journey the clans had entered a territory foreign to them. A place known as the mountains. Residing in the mountains was a foreign clan. They called themselves The Tribe Of Rushing Water. This Tribe helped the clan cats in their time of need. They offered food and warmth, to help provide strength for the traveling cats. In return the clan cats helped chase away a vicious predator from the tribes home. The sharptooth had been hunting down the cats of the tribe. The clan cats helped the tribe get rid of the predator. This left the two groups on a good foot. The clans left with a new alliance. This was generations ago. This story, is but a legend now.
In this present date the forest has been quiet, and peaceful. The clans have not been fighting, for there has been nothing to fight about. The forest has been silent, though this silence will soon be broken. The old alliance of the past will come back to haunt the clans. The sharptooth has returned, and the tribe had to make a difficult decision. A decision that clans themselves made generations ago. The tribe was facing death. They could stand their ground, and wait to be preyed upon, or leave their home and seek refuge. The chose the latter. They went to the only place they could. They left to seek out their friends of old, and desperately hoped that they would return the favor that they did for them ages ago.
The clans don't have the slightest clue as to what is coming to their forest. Disagreements will surely rise. Blood will be shed. Controversy will fill the once quiet forest.
I'll tell you stories of a better time,
In a place that we once knew.
